Common sense dictates that nod32 will see certain patches as virus', you need to disable it for a while and add the updater to the realtime ignore list else it doesn't work.

AVG and several other AV's flag this as a trojan. These people don't care if you infringe copyright on ESET's products. I say its a trojan. IF you are a real coder, then you should know its not smart to make AVs give false alarms. Even big time people do it, and it gets really bad rep quick
